Original 1970-1981 BLACK Non-AC Steering Column Close Out Panel off our 1973 Pontiac Firebird! Part Number: 478995. This is in very nice shape, it has no cracks or splits in it, it just needs repainted as it has a rust stain on one corner. Please view pictures with care, part comes as shown.
