Original Plymouth Hubcap Wheel Cover! 9” across, with the boat emblem. I am not sure what vehicle this goes on, or what year, just that is a 1930’s-1940’s Plymouth. It does have a dent on the front, please see pictures. Otherwise in good shape! Chrome is shiny, with minimal rust on the back.
