This is a Trico brand OEM windshield vacuum wiper motor for a 1949 Buick Special automobile. It is a used original part sold as it is. It rotates but rotates very stiff you can hear the vac running that is a far as it has been tested right now. See the pictures as well and feel free to ask any question that you may have. I only know for sure that this fits our 1949 Buick Special the other years listed are internet suggestions so please do your homework to make sure it is the right part for you.
