1963 1964 Buick Riviera Front Lower Bumper! This does have some denting that will need banged out prior to being rechromed as shown, looks like someone got stuck in a ditch a couple times. I don’t see any spots with any rust issues, just the usual surface rust. Overall, a very salvageable core. Please view pictures with care; comes as shown with only what is shown.
