this is a outer stator cover for a 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 88 VN1500, this is a used item but as seen in photos in is like new condition. with a through clean, in my opinion, you'd never be able to tell it's used. I highly encourage you to reference the tape measure photos as well as do your own research to ensure fitment before purchase. This would be awesome on an original bike or be a great as a gift for somebody who has one.
