It is a great project piece for someone who knows what they are doing. it is missing the center mirror. There are some dents and dings and scratches. Not a lot but they are there. Take a good look at the pics for best idea of condition. The vanity is 45” wide and 25” high the mirror is 43” wide and 49” high. This is for local pick up only sorry. ...

There is a black spot in the bottom center of all my pictures. It is not in the item it is my camera! It is in all my pictures unless I edit them out sorry for any confusion it might cause.
