this is a left hand driver side headlight bezel off of a 1969 Buick Skylark GS400. I believe this will work with 1968 models as well however i highly encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the tape measure photos and part number ( 1385516 ) to ensure fitment before purchase. This would make an excellent gift for somebody restoring one or make a great replacement item for your own GS400.
