HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, and quantity, and fitment. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship worldwide! Please note that any import charges, taxes, or fees associated with your shipment are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the BUYERS responsibility.

CAN SHIPPING BE COMBINED?

Yes! We would be happy to combine your shipping for you whenever possible. Please note that even if we combine your shipping, items may still arrive in separate packages for varying reasons.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We typically ship items the next business day, sometimes even the same day. If your item needs to be shipped freight (doors, hoods, fenders, etc) please allow additional handling time, as we need to arrange pick up and make the necessary arrangements.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible, as long as the item has not shipped yet we would be happy to make any address modifications.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information! (Don’t forget to check your spam!)

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

If your item arrives damaged or you are unhappy, please email us!

I CHANGED MY MIND ON AN ITEM, CAN I REMOVE IT FROM MY ORDER?

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped. Please email us what item you want removed. If your order has already shipped you must wait until you receive it and return it.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, Google Pay as well as PayPal!

WHAT CONDITION ARE THE ITEMS IN?

A lot of what we sell are vintage car parts and antiques, which show signs of age and imperfections. We do our best to inspect every part we list for flaws and damage; but we are not perfect and we do occasionally miss something. Please study the pictures carefully and ask any questions or voice your concerns prior to purchase. Please reference descriptions to see individual conditions and possible flaws, as there is no blanket answer as we sell an eclectic assortment of everything from 100-year-old items to brand-new electronics.

CAN I PICK MY ITEM UP IN PERSON?

Absolutely! Just contact us about which item(s) you are interested in so we can have them at the office and ready to go! Our shop hours and location can be found on the About us and Contact us page.
