this is a steering wheel for various buick models in 1969 and 1970. I highly encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the tape measure photos to ensure fitment before purchase. The part numbers on the back of this are 9749717 and 55579, i recommend using these to ensure compatibility with your chosen usage. This would be an excellent gift for somebody who needs one or make a great replacement item for your own buick project.
