IT IS A USED PART AND IT HAS SOME STAINING YOU CAN SEE ON THE PICTURES. SOME OF IT MAY COME A BIT CLEANER BUT NOT SURE ABOUT ALL OF IT. I WAS ACTUALLY ABLE TO TAKE A SMALL BRUSH AND GET SOME OF THE WHITE OFF JUST NOW WHILE I WAS WRITING THE ADD, WHICH I THOUGHT BEFORE WAS A STAIN SO WITH SOME ELBOW GREASE AND A LITTLE BUT OF TIME IT MAY LOOK MUCH BETTER. IT MEASURES 15 ½” LONG & 7” HIGH
