This is a high rise Ford 2.3 Racing valve cover that has been modified and used for mini stock racing. i am not sure of what year this applies to, however it has the numbers 0 02 and then either 88, 68, or 86.
i highly encourage you to do your own research as well as inspect the photo to ensure fitment and condition before purchase.
