Very old Sheep Sheer Sharpener! I believe this is made my Stewart, but I cant find a name anywhere. It may be under the 100+ years on dirt that is so heavily caked on its almost structural, but I do not know. It does turn and everything, when spun the whetstone spins and the piece along the top that holds the tool on goes back and forth across it to ensure even sharpening. The handle is broken off as shown. This will be expensive to ship, large and weighs over 30 pounds, but local pick up is always an option!
