Awesome 1949 Philco Record Player and Radio Cabinet! This is truly a beautiful piece, from the built-in record shelves, the pattern in the cloth, and the simple beauty of gold lettering. This would make a great addition to anyone that loves mid-century modern décor. When plugged in, it makes a hearty hum but I haven't been able to pick up any channels yet. This would make a great addition to anyone that loves mid-century modern décor. When plugged in, it makes a hearty hum but I haven't been able to pick up any channels yet. I strongly recommend local pick up on this item as it is very big and it would hurt my heart to see this get broken in shipping, as I really do like it.
