PLEASE NOTE: I got this at an Auction, and the following is only what I have been able to discover myself.
I believe this is a David Ellinger, the signature is difficult to read seeing as it is for some reason the same color paint as the painting. This is what I believe it to say, and it looks extremely similar to his signature in other works. This is not done in his usual style though, as he is known for his dutch folk style, so I am unsure. I think this is acrylic paint due to the wonderful texturization on the piece, but again, I don’t know. This is in as found condition, the frame has chipped paint, the canvas has minor imperfections, and there are small blemishes in the paint. Please view pictures with care; comes as shown with only what is shown.
