this is a Carter WCFB Carburetor with the code 6-1140. I've seen mentions of this fitting on a 312 V8 and 55-57 mercuries and packards. due to this being a rare piece, i'm unsure of all of it's applications so i highly encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the tape measure photos to ensure fitment before purchase. This would be awesome on an old school build or a rat rod or make a great gift for somebody building one.
