THERE IS A BIT OF SURFACE RUST BUT NO RUST ROT. NO DENTS OR BENDING. PLEASE VIEW THE PICTURES. I ASSUME MOST WOULD WANT TO CLEAN IT UP AND PAINT IT ANYWAY BUT IT IS BLACK W/ SOME RUST....

There is a black spot in the bottom center of all my pictures. It is not in the item it is my lens! It is in all my pictures unless I edit them out sorry for any confusion it might cause.
