1957 Chevy bel air front center bumper piece. it is a used original vintage part and is not beautiful but it is original so it will fit right and do the job you need it to. it has some light scratches that are not that noticeable but there are a few deeper scratches but mostly it has a lot of surface rust. i was getting a lot of the rust and gunk off with a steel wool pad. it could be cleaned up nicely i am sure. you might want to use something a but less personal labor intensive then steel wool. please look at the pics carefully so you can see what i mean.
