Used, has some rust all the way through eating a wall of the heater box. surface rust but no other damage as far as i can see.

This is what i believe to be a heater box and blower motor off of a 1958 cadillac series 75 fleetwood limo. This may fit other sedans or it may be limo specific, i'm unsure, so i encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the tape measure photos to ensure fitment before purchase. this would be a great final piece to add to your project Cadillac or an awesome gift for a collector.
