1967 Chevrolet Impala 14" hub cap wheel cover. It is a used vintage original part and is in usable condition could be restored. The black paint in the center emblem is needing attention. There are some light scratches that are normal for a used part, it has been sitting a long while and I worked on cleaning it up but it needs a deeper scrub then I can manage at the moment.
