This is a used cylinder head that goes to a 1974 Suzuki GT380. This is in good condition for the age, no fins are broken and there are no dents. the spark plug threads all work fine. This may fit other models or years so i encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the tape measure photos to ensure fitment before purchase. This would be an excellent replacement part or make a great gift for someone who needs one.
