this is a rear rim for a 1987 Yamaha Fazer FZX700, this is a used item and could use a deep clean and a polish but doesn't appear to have any damage. i believe the part number for this rim is J 15XMT3.00 001 and the size is 3.00 x 15. i highly encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the part numbers and tape measure photos to ensure fitment before purchase.
