This is a pto gear/ clutch housing assembly that was pulled out of a working Allison 1000 transmission that was in a 2002 Duramax Silverado with the LB7. I believe this fits 2001 to 2005 models however i encourage you to do your own research as well as carefully inspect the photos to ensure fitment and condition before purchase. This has the part number 29540518.
