This is a TCM that came out of a 2009 F250 Super Duty that was running, driving, and shifting good before being parted out. I believe this will fit 2008 and 2009 models of the 6.4 f250 however i encourage you to do your own research on that front, as well a referencing the part number ( 8C3A 12B565 DB ) and the tape measure photos to ensure fitment before purchase.
